I am very happy to be here today.
My name is Maier Silvia from Austria and my bears are known under
the artist name Maisi-Baeren.
For over 15 years I´m crocheting and sewing teddy bears with passion
and always be happy when they are ready and their lovely faces smile at me.
I have already won many prizes with them.
Every teddy is unique, designed and hand made by me.
I mostly use mink-imitate, viscose and longpile for my bears.
I use high-quality effect wool and fine mohair yarn
for the crocheted bears.
